Trained in the Scotland region of Sea food and Steak, Ahmed has experience working in a variety of restaurants, from small boutique restaurants in Scotland to award-winning Michelin star restaurants
Ahmed was always intrigued by Scotland and so moved to St Andrews in 2016, where he found his passion for mixing the best Scottish ingredients with his arabic specialities.
Ahmed’s food is made with passion, attention to detail and love.
In March 2025, he came to the realisation that his online cookbook recipe for free.
